He graduated as a Remedial Massage Therapist at Wodonga TAFE in 2010 before starting work at Muscle Balance Myotherapy, then went on to complete the Myotherapy course at the Border College of Natural Therapies in 2011.
Mitch enjoys treating a wide variety of people and conditions. After moving from her hometown of Griffith to study in Melbourne, Emma has been a local Myotherapist for over 14 years.
In that time she has worked alongside great therapists, continued her education through musculoskeletal courses, is particularly intrigued in Stretch Therapy & has found a passion with providing muscle care to many in the Albury/Wodonga region. She believes that muscle balance through soft tissue therapy is the key to maintaining a normal muscle function.
Her other interests are for all things creative & crafty & enjoys the fresh air & sunshine.
Another big love is her family, Husband Michael, who is a local Plumber & their children Harley 5, Cailin 3, & Leroy 10 months. They keep her very busy & they support the fact she can continue to grow in the Myotherapy field whilst being an active Mum.
I have practiced energy healing since the age of 12 and since that time experienced many other healing modalities. Trusting my inner guidance, I was instructed to learn Reiki Usui/Holy Fire. I am blessed to be able to practiceand talk about Reiki everyday. I am amazed at its endless possibilities tooffers personaltransformation, empowerment and healing for the whole body, mentally, physicaland spiritually.Reiki has a miraculous way of helping an individual to reconnect with oneself while removing negative blockages and trauma set mind locks which can manifest within the body and make one feel unwell, fatigued, stressed, depressed or anxious.
I am passionate about Reiki and its ability to help people. l believe in the power we all have to stay healthy and have a fore-filling life without pain and suffering that we tend to manifest upon ourselves. I am constantly reminded of our connection to our higher-self and our souls purpose and what it means to be a human. When I assist you as an Reiki Practitioner and Master I am filled with joy and recognise my life’s purpose to heal others.

White Medicine: The Alchemy of Health
White Medicine is the third and final level of alchemic changes in spagyrics tinctures in which the plant material transforms into white ash, its purest and most potent form.
Alchemy has three main branches: the traditional western esoteric system, Ayurveda, and Taoist Chinese medicine.
It is an integrative process that is not about turning lead into gold and becoming rich, but a process of transmuting the base elements of our being into organic balance and harmony.
It is the point at which the body mind and heart of the person finds the point of healing and dynamic change occurs.
My interest in health & lifestyle choices led me to taking on a new challenge in Clinic management.
I enjoy family good food and travel. Riding my motorbike is also a big part of my social life.
Nia is a part time student studying Visual Arts who has experience in different fields of work.
She is enthusiastic, enjoys learning new things and trying new foods.
