Kinesiology encompasses a combination of Western and Eastern health techniques through the art of gentle muscle monitoring. This allows Vicki to holistically access information about a person’s overall health and wellbeing.
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise which aims to strengthen muscles while improving posture, flexibility and mobility. It is a gentle full body method, suitable for all body shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Her love for physical movement has brought such joy into her life and pilates has given Vicki the freedom to have fitness be part of her everyday life whilst assisting others to attain their fitness potential.
Vicki combines her varied expertise in her sessions to promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health, past and present. She found Kinesiology and Pilates have complemented each other in her life and uses them separately or in conjunction with each other in her sessions, depending on an individual needs.
Vicki advocates and empowers individuals through her extensive knowledge base, to live full and healthy lives. Her wish for her clients through their sessions, is to be able to more easily and effortlessly, be able to enjoy being the ‘best version of themselves’, a mantra she follows, and lives by daily. Whether this is to relieve pain and stress, improve relationships, sporting prowess, performance at school, work and/or in general everyday life.
With her love of learning, Vicki continually adds to her repertoire of skills by training in other areas of health and well-being to compliment her sessions.
